We’ll come to your house, make a quick diagnosis (to see whether it’s something we can fix on the spot), and give you an estimate of what it might take to get things back in working order. Typically, for hardware repairs, we’ll take it with us and bring it back and set it up within a day; two at most. With our service you don’t need to get on your hands and knees to take things apart, nor to put them back together.

Cost-Conscious
We keep a close eye on what it might cost…if a $300 charge would result in a computer that could be replaced for $400, we’ll let you know and make an appropriate recommendation.
